Happiness is not a destination – it is a state of mind. It is my belief that achieving happiness requires a maximum effort and a full desire to accomplish your dreams at whatever cost this might come. You have to be willing to risk the loss of what you have now as a means of growing spiritually.
Most mental obstacles – namely depression and anxiety are borne from an inability to let go of what we had in the past or a fear to lose what we have now. We are afraid to move away from what is familiar due to the fear that things may not work out if we try something different.
