Stress is something that all of us encounter on a day to day basis.
I am no exception. It also doesn’t help that I have Asperger’s.
How do I cope with stress, someone might ask? Very carefully. Some days are better than others.
I am sharing this thought because I hope to look at it often and meditate upon it. Perhaps I shall even write it down somewhere and hope I don’t lose the piece of paper. 🙂 🙂 🙂
